Launch Steam, Epic, and EA games from one Windows app
Link stores once. Play from the session card when the squad is in.
What launch from PlayGrid does
PlayGrid does not replace Steam or Epic for purchases. It starts the title you already own through the linked store client, from your library or the active session card.
The win is context: game, time, roster, and Play button in one Windows window.
Launch path in the app
- Link Steam, Epic, and EA under Settings → Stores and run library sync.
- Create or open a session with the pinned game.
- Hit Play on the session card when the squad is in.
- Manual installs: add an .exe path when a title is not in a linked store.
When launch still sends you to a store client
Some editions hand off to Steam or Epic Games Store for updates or first-time setup. PlayGrid keeps the plan visible while that runs.
FAQ
Do I still need Steam and Epic installed?
Yes for most titles. PlayGrid is where you plan and trigger launch, not where you buy games.
Can I launch from the library without a session?
Yes. Sessions add time, invites, and RSVP so the group shares one plan at game night.
How do I get the Windows app?
Download the Windows installer at playgrids.app/download. Windows 10 or newer.
